Seafood Louie Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen imitation crabmeat 2 Ounce, thawed and cut into cubes
  Scallions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped (Green Onions)
  Celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon And 1 Teaspoon)
  Ketchup 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Dash
  Lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Cherry tomatoes 12 , cut into quarters
  Sliced cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a medium sized mixing bowl and mix the scallions, celery, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, ketchup, vinegar and pepper together with the crabmeat.
2) Refrigerate the mixture with cover on.

SERVING
3) Place the lettuce on a serving plate and arrange mixture over it.
4) Garnish with cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes before serving.
