Seafood Louie Salad
|Frozen imitation crabmeat||2 Ounce, thawed and cut into cubes|
|Scallions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped (Green Onions)|
|Celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon And 1 Teaspoon)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1 Dash|
|Lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded|
|Cherry tomatoes||12 , cut into quarters|
|Sliced cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Take a medium sized mixing bowl and mix the scallions, celery, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, ketchup, vinegar and pepper together with the crabmeat.
2) Refrigerate the mixture with cover on.
3) Place the lettuce on a serving plate and arrange mixture over it.
4) Garnish with cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes before serving.
