Ingredients
  Diced cooked chicken 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large
  Head of lettuce 1 Small
  Tomatoes 3
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine chicken, onion and lettuce in salad bowl.
Peel tomatoes; cut into thin wedges.
Arrange tomatoes on salad.
Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; pour over salad.
Toss lightly; serve immediately.
