Ingredients
  Carrots 3
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Yellow mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds; cover the pan and allow to the mustard seeds to crackle
2. Add grated carrot to it and cook a few minutes gently, stirring all the while
3. Turn the heat off, add a tablespoon of lemon juice and season; allow to cool

SERVING
4. Serve as required
