Turkey Club Salad
|Lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs), shredded|
|Roast turkey||1⁄2 Pound, cut into strips|
|Croutons||1 Ounce, seasoned|
|Onion rings||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), separated|
|Low fat plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Defatted)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Tablespoon, reduced (1 Can)|
|Bacon bits||1⁄2 Ounce, made|
1.Take a small mixing bowl and combine all ingredients except the lettuce, turkey, croutons, tomatoes and onions.
2. Take 2 salad bowl s and arrange them with lettuce followed by turkey, croutons, tomatoes and onion.
3.Top with yogurt mixture.
