Watercress And Soy Salad

Ingredients
  Watercress 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Radishes 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Celery stalks 6
  Celery 6
  Olive oil 8 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Rinse watercress and dry and chill in a damp towel.
2. Wash and slice radishes.
3. Wash and slice celery.

MAKING
4. To make the dressing, in a small bowl or in a jar with screw on type lid, combine dressing ingredients.
5. Whisk the ingredients or shake until well blended.
6. Taste and adjust seasonings.

FINALIZING
7. In a large salad bowl, combine the watercress, sliced radishes and celery.
8. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well until coated with the dressing.

SERVING
9. Serve the salad immediately while it is crisp and cold.
