Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked
  Cooked elbow macaroni 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  99% fat free cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1 , minced
  Minced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Carrot 1 , grated
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl toss all ingredients lightly.
2) Chill before serving.

SERVING
3) Serve immediately.
