Caesar Salad

Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce head 1 , washed and dried
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Anchovies 2 Ounce
  Canned boneless anchovies 2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 Small
  Milk free croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Tear romaine leaves into large pieces.

MAKING
2) Put romaine leaves in a wooden bowl.
3) Rub the leaves with garlic.
4) In a bowl mash anchovies.
5) In a bowl add oil, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
6) Mix with anchovies and blend well.
7) Pour the dressing over romaine leaves.
8) Pour the eggs over it and toss with two forks.
9) Add croutons and toss again.

SERVING
10) Serve immediately.
