Ingredients
  Pears 3 Large, diced (Pared And Cored)
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 In a medium size bowl,combine pears,celery and raisins.
2 In a cup,blend the remaining ingredients.
3 Drizzle over the pear mixture and toss to mix well.

SERVING
4 Serve as a side dish or an appetizer.
