Broccoli With Water Chestnuts Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped broccoli 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water chestnuts 10 , finely minced
  Pimiento 1 Tablespoon, cut into small squares
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Liquid red pepper seasoning To Taste (According To Taste)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Thaw the broccoli and drain.
2. Chop the larger pieces small.

MAKING
3. In a bowl, combine broccoli and water chestnuts.
4. In a cup, stir together soy sauce, oil, sugar and red-pepper seasoning.
5. Pour this dressing over vegetable mixture 5 minutes before serving time.
6. Toss the salad well

SERVING
7. Sprinkle pimiento over the salad.
8. Toss before serving at the table.
