Northwest Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm), rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces
  Fresh mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sliced
  Blue cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled (Mild)
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Hazelnuts 1⁄2 , toasted
  Vinaigrette dressing/Any favorite vinaigrette dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium bowl, mix together spinach, mushrooms, blue cheese, green onions and hazelnuts.
2) Put the spinach mixture aside.
3) Just before serving, pour the desired vinaigrette dressing over spinach mixture.

SERVING
4) Toss to combine and coat well before serving.
