Fresh Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
  Large mushrooms 1 Pound
  Tomato 1
  Scallions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced
  Mock sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 6 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Gorgonzola cheese/Blue cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1 Throughly wash the mushrooms and neatly remove the stems.
2 Slice mushrooms and tomatoes as thinly as possible.
3 In a bowl, combine all other ingredients.
4 Using tomato slices, line the outside of a serving platter.
5 Arrange the mushrooms in the center of plate.

SERVING
6 Pour half the dressing over all and serve.
