Herbed Yogurt And Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 3
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped dill/1 teaspoon dried dill 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped fresh mint 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Peel the cucumbers, halve lengthwise, deseed a and slice thinly
2. Sprinkle salt on it and let it stand for fifteen minutes; drain away the water
3. Mix the garlic, lemon juice, yogurt and dill in a bowl and mix it with the cucumbers
4. Pour oil on top

SERVING
5. Sprinkle mint on top and serve
