Cauliflower Salad With Dill and Cider

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 Medium
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Red onion 1 Small
  Dill pickles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1)In a saucepan, boil cauliflower in salted water for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain.
2)Separate into flowerets.

MAKING
3)In a bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, oregano, basil, rosemary and garlic.
4)Pour it over warm cauliflower.
5)Then, add onion and dill pickles. Toss and refrigerate.

SERVING
6)Serve the salad on salad greens.

TIPS
Frozen cauliflower may be used if not overcooked.
