Cauliflower Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 2 1⁄2 Pound, chopped finely
  Carrots 100 Gram, chopped finely
  Red pepper 170 Gram, chopped finely
  Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a food processor, chop the cauliflower, carrots and red pepper, once done keep it in a large mixing bowl.

MAKING
2. In the same large mixing bowl combine the chopped vegetables along with coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cayenne pepper and finally extra virgin olive oil.
3. Mix all the ingredients well.

SERVING
4. Serve the Low-carb Cauliflower Rice Salad as a healthy side dish
