Hot Crab Salad Boats
|Lump crab meat||1 Pound|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Process swiss cheese||1⁄4 Pound|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1)In a bowl, add crab meat, celery, peas, cheese and parsley and mix.
2)Add mayonnaise and mix again.
3)Cut a slice from top of each roll and cut out middle with sharp knife to make boat-shaped shell.
4)Coat the inside with melted butter.
5)Fill the mixture and wrap each separately in foil.
6)Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
7)Thread lemon wedge and 2 ripe olives on wooden picks and serve with each boat.
