Six Cup Salad

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fruit cocktail 1 Cup (16 tbs), well drained
  Pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs), well drained
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coconut 1 , shredded
Directions

MAKING
1) In a mixing bowl, mix together cottage cheese and sour cream.
2) Add in fruit cocktail, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut and mix well.
3) Transfer the mixture to one large or portion the mixture into six individual serving bowls.

SERVING
4) Garnish with strawberries or cherries and mint leaves, if you wish and serve.
