Cottage Cheese Luncheon Salad

Ingredients
  Canned pineapple rings 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cottage cheese 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 6 Ounce
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm) (Crisp)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Drain the liquid from the can of the pineapple rings.

MAKING
2) On each salad plate, arrange 2 rings.
3) Place half the cottage cheese.
4) Season with salt and pepper if liked.
5) Sprinkle walnuts on top.

SERVING
6) Serve the salad with washed watercress, sliced brown bread and butter and cooked chicken.
