Ingredients
For salad
  Bibb lettuce head 1
  Cauliflower head 1
  Cucumber 1⁄2
  Firm tomatoes 4
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Radishes 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Carrots 8
  Mushrooms 12
  Fennel bulb 1
  Red bell pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Green bell pepper 1 , cut into strips
For dips
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hummus 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yogurt dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Clean, trim vegetables and arrange in a large shallow bowl.

SERVING
2. Into small bowls spoon dips and serve with small sharp knives for cutting vegetables as they are eaten with dips.
