Summer Garden Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 Large, cooked, peeled and cut into small cubes
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , shelled and chopped
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , shelled and chopped
  Chopped dill pickles 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Cherry tomatoes 4
  Salad greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, mix potatoes, eggs, pickles, radishes, green onions, salt, dillweed and pepper
2. Add mayo and mix thoroughly with a spoon; chill for a couple of hours till blended
3. Break salad greens into bite sizrd bits and add add to a large salad bowl

SERVING
4. Add potato mixture in a cone shape on top, garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve
