Chicken salads are a great addition to any menu. Yummy chicken tossed with a variety of ingredients. This south seas salad is a wonderful recipe that can make a delicious side dish or a complete meal in itself
Ingredients
  Green pepper 1
  Onion 1
  Hot sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1
  Coconut 1
  Minced cooked chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well.
Cover; refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
