Salad Of Endive and Red Onion

|Vinaigrette||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Separate the leaves of endive or slice the endive diagonally into thin strips. Set aside.
2) Remove the peel of the red onion and chop coarsely into quite big pieces.
3) Take a salad bowl,combine the endive and onion.
4) Serve the salad after tossing well with the vinaigrette-mixture of olive oil and vinegar flavoured with herbs.
