  Watercress 3 Bunch (300 gm)
  Orange 1 Large
  Feta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled
  Onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced in thin rings
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
Directions

MAKING
1 On a platter or salad dish, arrange all the ingredients.

SERVING
2 Serve with Orange Vinaigrette or Mustard Dressing.
