Pimiento Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Sliced pimientos 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained, rinsed
  Zucchini 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), diced
  Diced part skim mozzarella cheese 3⁄4 Ounce
  Pine nuts 1⁄4 Ounce (Pignolias, 2 Teaspoon)
  Red wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a medium mixing bowl and put in all the ingredient into this. Do not put in the lettuce.
2.In a resealable plastic container, pack the pimiento cheese mixture.

SERVING
3.Serve with lettuce.
