Honey Pressing For Fresh Fruit Salad
|Granulated sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Celery seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
1) In a medium mixing bowl, add the sugar, paprika, dry mustard, celery seeds and salt together, mix well.
2) In another bowl, blend the oil, honey, lemon juice and vinegar together.
3) Gradually whisk the oil mixture into the sugar mixture with a wire whisk, until well blended.
4) Cover and store in the refrigerator until required.
5) Use as required.
