Potato Salad With A Twist

Ingredients
  Steamed sliced potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Steamed sliced potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs), sliced
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Bell pepper 1 , diced
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Soyonaise 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Mustard powder 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mineral salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, gently mix the cold sliced potatoes with the bell pepper, green onions and parsely.
2) In another bowl, mix rest of the ingredients, pour over the potatoes and toss well to coat.

SERVING
3) Serve immediately.
