Easy Pea Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen peas 20 Ounce, thawed (2 Boxes, 10 Ounces Each)
  Diced sweet red peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded non fat mozzarella cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
  Non fat mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lettuce 1
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a large bowl and mix in it peas, peppers, scallions, mozzarella and basil together.
2. Take a cup and mix mayonnaise and mustard in it.

FINALIZATION
2. Pour the mayo-mustard mix over the salad and mix well.

SERVING
3. Serve the salad placing it on a bed of the lettuce.
