Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked or chopped (Bite Size Pieces)
  Celery 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted, slivered
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Potato chips 2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 425° F.

MAKING
2) In a large mixing bowl, mix the chicken, celery, almonds, salt, onion, lemon juice and mayonnaise together.
3) In a lightly greased 1-1/2-quart baking dish, spread the chicken mixture, sprinkle with the grated cheese and potato chips.
4) Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
