Hot Chicken Macaroni Buffet Salad

Try out this extremelt scrumptious and satisfying Hot Buffet Salad - a wonderful pick to go with any meal. Also, there is no occasion that doesn’t seem to take in this wonderful Hot Buffet Salad.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pickle relish 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Elbow macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked)
  Cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1 inch
  Tart apple 1 Large, chopped
  Celery stalks 3 , chopped
  Pimentos 2 , chopped
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350F

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, dab in the butter and add the flour and milk
3) Stir the mixture continuously over a low flame to get a smooth and thick sauce
4) Add in the apple, celery, pimentos, cooked macaroni, mayonnaise, pickle relish, lemon juice, chicken and salt
5) Spoon the mixture into a 2 quart greased casserole
6) Sprinkle in the chopped pecans on top
7) Bake at 350F for 30 minutes

SERVING
8) Serve the dish warm
