|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|

|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped red onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pepper white||1 Dash|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened applesauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
1) Using a fork, flake tuna.
2) Stir in apple, orange juice, green pepper, celery, onion, and pepper.
3) Further mix in yogurt, applesauce, and mustard with a fork until salad is well moistened.
4) If desired, arrange the salad on a bed of lettuce and serve at once garnished with orange slices.
