Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  Water 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Chopped apple 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Red Or Golden Delicious)
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper white 1 Dash
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened applesauce 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a fork, flake tuna.
2) Stir in apple, orange juice, green pepper, celery, onion, and pepper.
3) Further mix in yogurt, applesauce, and mustard with a fork until salad is well moistened.

SERVING
4) If desired, arrange the salad on a bed of lettuce and serve at once garnished with orange slices.
