Radish Salad

Ingredients
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Orange flower water 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Radishes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), thinly sliced
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium bowl,mix together orange juice, lemon juice, oil, orange flower water, salt and cayenne.
2) Now add radishes and cucumber and give a good stir.
3) Toss gently to coat vegetables with the other ingredients.

SERVING
4) Serve garnished with mint sprigs,if you wish.
