Blue Cheese And Walnut Spinach Salad With Maple Dressing

Ingredients
  Baby spinach 10 Ounce
  Blue cheese 1⁄3 Pound, crumbled
  Walnut halves 6 Ounce, toasted (1 Can)
  Maple syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), warmed
  Cider vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Extra-virgin olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. On a large platter and place spinach top with blue cheese and walnuts.
2. In a small saucepan warm maple syrup.
3. Into a small bowl pour vinegar.
4. Into vinegar whisk oil in a slow stream and whisk in maple syrup slowly.

SERVING
5. To serve, pour dressing over the salad and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
