Frozen Ginger Pear Salad
|Canned pear halves||29 Ounce|
|Chopped candied ginger||6 Teaspoon|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Whip cream until it reaches a stiff stage.
2) Take ice trays; put pears along with sirup in them and freeze in refrigerated shelves or on the floor of the freezer compartment for about 1 to 3 hours until firm, keeping temperature control at position nine.
3) Serve frozen pear mixture in slices, topping each with whipped cream and 1 teaspoon ginger.
