Deacons Hot Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Barbecued chicken 1 , skinned, diced
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Chopped pimientos 6 Ounce (1 Small Jar)
  Green pepper 1 Small, chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Cashew nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curry powder To Taste
  Crushed potato chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In 7-1/2" x 12" utility dish, mix all the ingredients together, except the Cheddar cheese and potato chips.
2. Raise shelf and place the dish in the oven.
3. Cook for 3 minutes; stir.
4. Cook for another 2 minutes.

FINALISING
5. Top with cheddar cheese.
6. Cook for another 1 minute.
7. Sprinkle potato chips and brown for 4-5 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve alone.
