Snowy Chicken Confetti Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Condensed chicken consomme 1 Can (10 oz) (1 Can)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced cooked chicken 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), or canned
  Diced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced pimiento 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a cup of cold water, soften the gelatin
2. Add hot consommé to the softened gelatin and mix completely
3. Cool slightly till partially set.

MAKING
4. In a large bowl, stir in the mayonnaise, diced and cooked chicken, diced green peppers, celery, pimiento and lemon juice together
5. Whip the cream gently and mix it into the remaining ingredients
6. Prepare a 1 1/2-quart mold and pour the mix into it
7. Set aside to chill until firm

FINALIZING
8. Demold just before serving

SERVING
9. Serve cold garnished with capers and olives
