Cucumber And Yogurt Salad
|Yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped cucumber||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Yoghurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped spring onions||2|
|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Mix yogurt, cucumber, onions, salt and pepper.
Pour into serving bowl.
Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Serve as a soothing accompaniment to the spicier items.
