Skinny Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  Penne 6 Cup (96 tbs), cooked
  Tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled, chopped
  Red onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), minced
  Basil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), minced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together the pasta, onions, tomatoes, basil, garlic, oil, pepper and vinegar in a large bowl.
2) Cover the bowl and allow the mixture to stand at room temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes so that the flavors can mix well.

SERVING
3) Serve or use as preferred.
