Skinny Macaroni Salad
|Penne||6 Cup (96 tbs), cooked|
|Tomatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled, chopped|
|Red onions||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), minced|
|Basil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), minced|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Apple cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Combine together the pasta, onions, tomatoes, basil, garlic, oil, pepper and vinegar in a large bowl.
2) Cover the bowl and allow the mixture to stand at room temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes so that the flavors can mix well.
3) Serve or use as preferred.
