|Orange gelatin/Lemon gelatin||7 Tablespoon|
|Crushed pineapple||2 Can (20 oz)|
1)In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Let it cool.
2)Fold in carrots and pineapple and then pour it into an oiled mold.
3)Refrigerate for 2 hours and then unmold on large salad plate.
4)Serve the carrot and fruit salad garnished with lettuce leaves.
