Macaroni Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Catelli Ready-Cut)
  Chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced, cooked
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Habitant sweet pickled gherkins 2 , chopped
  Green onions 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Pimiento 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , squeezed
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 2 Drop
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Follow package directions to cook macaroni and drain well, when done.
2) Rinse the drained macaroni under cold running water and then drain again.

MAKING
3) Toss macaroni lightly with a mixture of cooked chicken, celery, sweet gherkins, green onions, pimiento, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, Tabasco and seasonings to coat well.
4) Keep in refrigerator to allow chilling.

SERVING
5) Decorate with tomato wedges and serve chilled.
