Walnut Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  White wine vinegar/Champagne vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 3 Cup (48 tbs), torn
  Belgium endive 1⁄4 Pound, separated into leaves (Use Medium Sized)
  Plum tomatoes 2 Small, diced
  Kiwi fruit 1⁄4 Pound, pared and sliced (Use 1 Medium Sized Fruit)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1.In a large mixing bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard with a wire whisk.
2. Add in lettuce, tomatoes and endive. Toss well to coat.

SERVING
3.Take a serving bowl and transfer the salad into it. Top with walnuts and kiwi fruit.
4. Serve immediately.
