Walnut Fruit Salad
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|White wine vinegar/Champagne vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly squeezed lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dijon style mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lettuce leaves||3 Cup (48 tbs), torn|
|Belgium endive||1⁄4 Pound, separated into leaves (Use Medium Sized)|
|Plum tomatoes||2 Small, diced|
|Kiwi fruit||1⁄4 Pound, pared and sliced (Use 1 Medium Sized Fruit)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Ounce|
1.In a large mixing bowl, mix together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard with a wire whisk.
2. Add in lettuce, tomatoes and endive. Toss well to coat.
3.Take a serving bowl and transfer the salad into it. Top with walnuts and kiwi fruit.
4. Serve immediately.
