Baked Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 8 Ounce, cooked, drained
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 , grated
  Grated onion 1
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 16 Ounce (1 Tall Can)
  Tuna 1 Can (10 oz), drained, flaked
  Tuna 1 Can (10 oz), drained flaked (1 Can)
  Round cheese crackers 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), coarsely crumbled
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to temperature of 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) In an 8-cup baking dish, combine together the macaroni, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
3) In butter or margarine, sauté the onion and celery till they are golden and then stir in the salt, pepper and evaporated milk. Heat to scalding and add the macaroni mixture. Stir well. Fold in the tuna and sprinkle the crumbs all over.
4) Bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes or till the preparation is bubbly.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
