Hot Carrot Salad

Ingredients
  Carrots 6 , coarsely grated
  Onion 4 Tablespoon, minced
  Celery 4 Tablespoon, minced
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a skillet, melt butter and add carrots, onion, celery, 1/4 cup water, sugar and salt.
2)Cover the skillet and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

SERVING
3)Serve the carrot salad hot.
