Sweet Onion Salad
|Vidalia onion/Other sweet onion||1⁄2 Large, thinly sliced|
|Red ripe tomato||1 Large, thinly sliced|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh basil leaves/Dried basil - 1/2 teaspoon||3 , thinly sliced|
|Crumbled feta/Goat cheese||2 Ounce|
1) Arrange equal portions of onion and tomato slices in a decorative way on two dinner plates.
2) Sprinkle oil, then vinegar on each of the arranged vegetable slices.
3) Scatter basil, then cheese over the salad and serve with french bread
