Tomato Red Onion And Fresh Thyme Salad

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 4 Large, sliced
  Thinly sliced red onion 1
  Fresh thyme sprigs 6 , coarsely chopped
For vinaigrette
  Olive oil 5 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) On a serving platter,arrange tomato and onion slices in alternate layers.
2) Scatter chopped thyme on top of the arranged vegetables on the platter.

SERVING
3) Mix together all the ingredients for the vinaigrette and pour dressing over the salad. Serve.
