Dairy Free Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Watermelon chunks 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cantaloupe chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honeydew melon chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honeydew chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh blueberries 1 Pint, rinsed and drained
  Coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sorbet 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl add the fruit and place coconut over it.
2) Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
3) Strain the liquid from the bottom of the bowl.
4) Mix the liquid with sorbet.

SERVING
5) Add fruit to the sorbet mixture. Toss and serve.
