Crab And Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  Crab meat 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Tabasco 3 Drop
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Ripe avocado 3 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
For dressing
  Natural yoghurt 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) MAKING THE DRESSING: In a bow mix all the dressing ingredients.
2) Mix the crab meat, mayonnaise, tabasco, chives, garlic and seasoning. Mix with the dressing and let it stand for 30 minutes.

FINALIZING
3) Right before serving, peel the avocado skins, cut half lengthwise and remove the big seeds.
4) Apply lemon juice over it to prevent discoloration
5) Using a knife, cut a slice from the rounded side of four halves so that it will sit evenly on the plate.
6) Fill the crab mixture into the cavities.

SERVING
7) Serve with dressing.
