Salad Nicoise With Dressing

Ingredients
For dressing
  Dijon mustard 4 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
For salad
  Fresh green beans 2 Pound, cut to 1 1/2-inches long pieces
  Celery ribs 4 , cut in 1 inch pieces
  Green peppers 2 , cut into rings
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Pint
  Red skinned potatoes 5 , flaked
  Canned tuna fish 21 Ounce, flaked (3 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)
  Oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Chopped fresh thyme/1 teaspoon dried thyme 2 Teaspoon
  Ripe olives 10 , sliced
  Stuffed green olives 10 , sliced
  Red onion 1 Large
  Chopped parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried basil 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) To make dressing, combine the listed ingredients in a bowl and chill.

MAKING
2) In a steamer, steam green beans until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
3) In a pot of boiling water, blanch celery for 15 seconds.
4) In a salad bowl, arrange the beans and celery with all the remaining ingredients for salad.

SERVING
5) Add dressing to the salad and serve immediately.
