Jade Appetizer Cups
|Lime flavor gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen grapefruit sections||14 Ounce, slightly thawed (1 Can)|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Avocado||1 Small, peeled, pitted and chopped|
|Italian style dressing||3 Tablespoon (From A Bottle)|
1 In a 4-cup measure, dissolve gelatin in hot water.
2 Stir in frozen grapefruit until sections separate easily then stir in lime juice. (Mixture will thicken quickly.) Fold in the avocado.
3 Spoon the mixture into six 5-ounce molds or custard cups.
4 Chill for 3 to 4 hours, or until firm.
5 Unmold on serving plates lined with romaine.
6 Serve immediately.
