Ingredients
  Castor sugar 4 Ounce
  Water 1⁄4 Pint
  Sweet sherry/Kirsch 1 Tablespoon
  Kirsch/Sweet sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Dessert pears 1 , peeled and sliced
  Dessert apple 1 , peeled and diced
  Banana 1 , peeled and sliced
  Black grapes 4 Ounce, halved and seeded
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan prepare syrup dissolving sugar in water over low heat.
2) Boil and simmer for 2 minutes and take off heat.
3) Add kirsch or sherry and put syrup to cool.
4) Add prepared fruit to the syrup. Plunge apples and bananas in a little lemon juice to keep white color.
5) Chill.

SERVING
6) Pass with cream or ice cream.
