Skillet Ham Potato Salad
|Chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped canned ham||12 Ounce, diced|
|Cooked cubed potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sharp process american cheese||1⁄2 Pound, diced to make 1 1/2 cups|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1) In a skillet, saute the green pepper, meat and onions in heated fat, stirring frequently, until the meat is light brown.
2) Stir in the potatoes, mayonnaise or salad dressing, salt and pepper, gently mix over a low heat.
3) Stir in the diced cheese and heat until it just begins to melt.
4) Garnish with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
