Cream-Crab Meat Salad

Cream-crab Meat Salad is different from other crab meat salads as it has cream in it. You can enjoy this salad as an appetizer or with some crackers as a dip. The cream cheese adds an amazing twist to the cream crab meat salad.
Ingredients
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Half and half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Crab meat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely cut
  Cream 2 Cup (32 tbs), whipped
Directions

MAKING
1)In a pan, mix together mustard, salt, flour, sugar, butter, lemon juice, egg and half and half.
2)Cook on low heat until thickened.
3)In a bowl, soften gelatin and 1/4 cup cold water.
4)Add into mustard mixture and cool it.
5)Now, add crab meat and celery.
6)Chill until partially set.
7)Add whipped cream.
8)Take a large mold and put the mixture. Chill until firm.

SERVING
9)Garnish with stuffed eggs and olives, if desired. Serve.
