Cream-Crab Meat Salad
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crab meat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), finely cut|
|Cream||2 Cup (32 tbs), whipped|
1)In a pan, mix together mustard, salt, flour, sugar, butter, lemon juice, egg and half and half.
2)Cook on low heat until thickened.
3)In a bowl, soften gelatin and 1/4 cup cold water.
4)Add into mustard mixture and cool it.
5)Now, add crab meat and celery.
6)Chill until partially set.
7)Add whipped cream.
8)Take a large mold and put the mixture. Chill until firm.
9)Garnish with stuffed eggs and olives, if desired. Serve.
